This co-host has to go
The biggest travesty is Anthony Cumia is not on the documentary. HOW THE FUCK?
what a dumb move he made going to crowder...whos just getting cancelled from youtube
The chemistry between Ant and Patrice and Norton was guaranteed laughs. I miss those days
Can't wait!
Sad you weren't apart of he doc..the battles and just back and forth you had with Patrice were fucking amazing
Patrice would’ve talked about Q & bash Trump, while Anthony bashed Q & defended Trump. It would’ve been gold
LMFAOOO Dane Cook looks like a melted wax figurine. He looks awful!!! Nice failed plastic surgery, stupid. Dane Cook _STINKS_
👍🏼
I would sign up for this show but Ants. Cohost is just following!
I still remember his "Side Piece" jingle. Such a playa
CC doesn't deserve Patrice O'neal
At work me and only a couple of us can talk shit no worries It's hard these days .
Urgh, why are Dane Cook and Leary in the documentary.
Lmao, was that Club Soda Kenny saying Patrice’s age?
Im happy this is under 100k views. Fuck mainstream political horseshit cunts. Anthony, keep doing it.
The old Patrice-Anthony debates were best and funniest and truest shit I have ever heard. The chemistry between you two was so amazing it deserved its own series
Imagine seeing Patrices' big ass sitting opposite Ant here. Thank God we have tons of audio but damn it would've been nice to have more visuals of the man.
R.I.P. Patrice *"ITS RAINING STUFF"* O'Neil
The BeyondPod App has ALL of the Patrice appearances on OnA plus the BlackPhillip shows. You're welcome! RIP Patreeky. He made my life better.
patrice wouldve never allowed comedy central to cut his show to allow reruns of the office. he wouldve burned the place down to stick to his morals.
Can't believe they didn't have Anthony on the documentary considering the rapport they had
Comedy central are hypocrites. They would never of had them on nowadays. How much stuff didn't they add of his material on the show? They would of canceled him has a sexist if he was still alive. Fuck comedy central
Idk why Anthony is not in it, I think he and Patrice were becoming closer because Ant was actually a dude.
People are saying it was Burr; some others say Opie prevented Ant from being in it
Opie is in this but not Ant. Must've been Bill's wife who made that decision.
just love this guys and patrice and O&A
I loved it although there isn't much of O&A let alone Anthony which should have been a part of it.
I only have one conspiracy theory, the regressive left saw that he was going to be huge and dominate anti cancel culture in the black community across America, and it would ruin their 2 decade long plan to steal the white house for china, and they used some sort of crazy evil poison to give him a stroke. I know thats not real, but i imagine it all the time.
Patrice publicly apologized for being wrong about face off
Let's not forget Anthony didn't get invited to the Patrice Benefit after he was fired because he was too scared to call Bill Burr. Comedy Central cut a two hour documentary down to an hour (with commercials) and shoved it in the 10 PM Friday time slot. They did not give a flying fuck about it. It's hard for me to believe Anthony was left out of it because of his racism. I feel like it could've been solved over a phone call. Love Ant, Love Patrice, Love ONA, but we gotta call a spade (KNOCK IT OFF, SPADE!) a spade here.
this has more views then the comedy central trailer and yet bill burr still wont associate himself with anthony smh
6:43 mail it in? Dave meant to use the phrase phone it in... close enough for Ant I guess
Patrice was what everyone else in showbiz is too terrified to do, and that was be genuine no matter what. He didnt do too well financially speaking. But it definitely clarifies one thing. If you are financially successful in showbiz, then you are bending over and taking it up the tail pipe just like Patrice said.
Patrice was a legend and the old show was magic , especially looking back at it from today fuck me man Took that show for granted when it was around
Where can I steal this doc?
Torrent
I saw the documentary. It's funny they had Opie on there, but almost no mention of Anthony or Louis CK
It's sad I was just watching it waiting for them to show up
2:14 Anthony is right about compromising your ideals to make it in Hollywood. That’s why we all love Patrice: he refused to do just that
If he was around now, he could be himself and get that Netflix money. I have nothing but respect for slim for standing on what he believed.
Was some of the best radio I’ve heard
The Furry Vengeance Vanity van story was piss your pants funny and also enlightening. Patrice came across as such an a-hole but he constantly broke that veneer by showing his thoughtful side, his disappointment with himself and society and when he so readily changed his opinion against a strong argument. Also, beneath that scary facade, he was a genuinely nice guy, always tapping out during the nastiest O&A bits, always apologizing to someone after he had been a dick to them and always talking about his love for animals. That is such a one of a kind , once in a lifetime personality.
You should have listened to Ronnie B
So awesome the love Patrice gets...so sad he didn’t see it😭
Patrice
Patrice was offered recurring parts on two of the biggest comedy series of all time. The Office and Arrested Development and he was like ...nah
Op & Ant along with some of the crew of the O&A show should have been in this thing. He was unbelievably integral part of the O&A show & im sure most of his real friends arent on this fuckin comedy central bullshit too. It’ll be a disaster & patrice would shit all over it.
They do mention the O & A show and Opie is actually in it... I haven't finished it yet but I didn't see anthony make a appearance
I agree no way Opie and Andy don't have segments ridiculous unless they refused to they have classic radio history
This makes me so nostalgic. Patrice is amazing.
Patrice and Anthony GREATEST DUO EVER!
3 min in and I can bet either Collin or Vos is going to start trashing Patrice lol just for old time sake .. Hell even Bobby Kelly might go first Lmao funniest group of guys
On behalf of all BLACK people... we miss you Anthony ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
Ant's looking like Joe Piscopo more and more every day.
"Kimberley!"
I hope “Knock it off spade!” Made the final cut
Patrice was the GOAT 🐐🤘🏽
I read his Wikipedia page on how he died. He had a stroke, lost his ability to speak and ability to move or communicate thru eye movements. Doctors said if he survived he would remain permanently paralyzed. I couldn’t imagine this giant funny man being reduced to a vegetable state. Just heartbreaking.
Whoa, Anthony is still around.
At 13 minutes in they're talking about the Amy Schumers of the "comedy" world.
Dude is a Legend, RIP Patrice O'Neal
Best of Patrice on O&A. SOMEONE PUT IT TOGETHER!! 🙏 Best debates, advice, call in responses, alll right!
Patrice O'Neal sucked
You know they didn't get a statement from either Opie nor Anthony. Which is not right in my opinion. Hate either or both as much as you want, but they definitely had a bigger part in his life than people like Dennis Leary.
I loved Anthony and Patrice's comedic relationship.
This is a good video
The major irony in patrices legacy is that HE WOULD HAVE BEEN FUCKING HUGE RIGHT THIS MOMENT. He passed away in 2012, imagine if this fucker lived through the end of Obama’s presidency, the presidential race, trump winning, ME TOO, Opie and anything breaking up. His voice would be very popular. His death is such a fucking shame because I think he was on the verge of getting what he wanted.
We all have a lesson or two to learn from Patrice...
I wish it was 2008 again. Nothing better than Ant, Patrice, Louis CK and lil Jimmy in a room together just shooting the shit.
The saddest part is that I think he'd be even bigger, like.... HUGE if he made it to today. Like, the man was just too much truth for people back then, but now? Can you imagine how impactful his material would be during the last 4 years? I really think that it would have worked out for him if only he made it this far. *sigh* another truly genius comic, lost too soon.
Patrice on O&A was the greatest thing to ever listen to. Damn he is a legend
Been listening to Patrice on O&A for years , he’s known for killing but he was also insanely brilliant. He was right 9/10 times and when he was wrong he listened. There’s an awesome rant he left behind about the entertainment business. He called it the beast and how it changes you Chappelle touches on it too, Patrice never conformed. These times were made for Patrice, such a sad loss RIP 🙏🏽
"You should sell out." David Landau
There you go Ant. say nice things about black men for once! lmfaooo
i never understood the love he got, he is good but not the god people makes him out to be, if he didn't die, he wouldn't be this reveired
Either you haven't heard any Patrice, or you're just fucking stupid.
How much do we wanna bet CC doesn't include a lot of his classic women jokes?
God damn I miss the old gym and the old aunt, who the fuck are these guys now?
About time!!
I thought she ran away w all the money!!
This landau guy is conformity incarnate
The reason "P.C.-cancel culture" is stronger today than ever is because Patrice is not around to call their stupid asses out on live television.
I just recently started listening to Patrice and I’m wondering, what the hell happened to opie and Anthony show?
Opie happened.
I wish with all my heart that this wasn't on comedy central.
There will always be a room full of friends who all speak just like we always have done, you need to just keep that in your head and remember that it's much more common than people try and make it out to be.
fuckin' patrice, man.
Patrice was SO close to blowing up his way. Many people I know discovered him after his unfortunate death. People still go back to his Black Phillip show for advice or old O&A's to relive his banter with Ant, Vos, Jim and others. I miss him and I wish we heard what his mind had to say during these crazy times we are living in. Elephant in the Room was genius and a classic Stand Up special. RIP to one of the 🐐's.
R.I.P Patrice O'Neal. One of the GOAT's
Patrice is our Batman
I miss Patrice. RIP 🐐
10 years and i still think about him daily
Do you have a father figure?
What Anthony says about C. K. is precisely what Patrice talked about - that he knew himself and he knew if he signed up and compromised, it would come back to haunt him. Patrice spoke about this fact many times..
Patrice knew the blacks had their place and how this shit is so fucked up, all these commercials with blacks with whites and chinese all together He woulda called that shut out....I RESPECT him for that, he knew that shit ain't what the truth is, He knew blacks belonged in the projects because They would agree, this diversity bullshit is exactly that! BULLSHIT! society is phony and he knew it, stop the bullshit
If Patrice was alive he wouldn't want to be associated with this low effort horseshit
Cancel Culture, PC, Woke, those who hate fun, whatever you want to call them, wouldn't last 14 seconds against our man Patrice. He may not be able to type, but their BRAIN DON'T WORK lol. Conspiracy Theory 101-
Chris Rock told him that on O and A
When did CK play ball
Why is it on comedy central?
I could listen to Ant reminisce about Patrice all day long. Rest in paradise, King Patrice
Opies best friend Patrice
Growing up poor taught Patrice how to have fun and be happy without money. It was that which gave birth to his attitude and character where later he protected it by not taking any shit from anyone in Hollywood.
I decided to reatch Elephant in the Room recently, and I couldn't finish it. First time I saw it he was still alive and I remember almost dying laughing, now it made me furious and I had to stop it. The dude was SO GOOD at sabotaging himself... "if you are 40 your brain don't work, your body don't work, give up on improving yourself... I should have done it (lose weight) when I was 18 and had discipline"... mind you - dude's mind was sharper than ever before, and fuck we could use that brain today, if he only tried. Also, I can bet my left nut he never had discipline when he was 18. But if you are that good at convincing others, you are also that good at making believable excuses for yourself. Such a fucking meaningless loss.
Patrice and joe derosa are the only 2 I could not listen to on opie and Anthony. Derosa even now when he’s on tacs.
4:07 the thing is though even if he said some.absurd shit like that, it's a joke lmao. He doesn't really believe that. And they should have known better than to think he did. 😕
I hate that he didnt write the book.
@E. Fabian oh I know.
I listen to all the old O&A episodes with Patrice in them and you can hear Opie always telling Patrice when are you gonna write that book!
I would like to know how the late great patrice oneal would react to how anthony looks now..."you frozen face 72 year old"
